Payroll Specialist Lead

Accountabilities:

• Execute assigned payroll activities with high precision and meet deadlines.
• Own the Zendesk ticketing queue and address recurring issues.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

• Several years of regional or global payroll operations experience.
• Canadian payroll expertise and large-scale payroll experience (1,500+ employees).
• Strong technical proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
