Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Canadian clients with varying pay frequencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Support payroll compliance across multiple provinces, including EHT and WCB filings, and handle year-end activities like T4s and ROEs.
  • Act as a technical payroll resource, offering expertise and resolving complex payroll questions and escalations.

Requirements:

  • PCP certification required; at least 12 years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Canadian payroll processes, source deductions, benefits, and multi-province compliance; Quebec experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
