Senior Solution Architect - GTM

This role involves driving architecture for complex initiatives across the Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains, especially in the lead-to-cash area. You will own and drive the architecture strategy, guiding L1–L3 solution design to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and business processes. This also includes translating business needs into scalable and compliant technology solutions, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and ServiceNow’s platform strategy.
