Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue quotas, consistently reaching key activity milestones for the hospital pharmacy market.
- Prospect effectively using various tools, build and maintain pipeline, and provide accurate reporting in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate across teams, utilize the defined sales process including discovery and presentation, and transition customers to implementation.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a sales 'hunter' selling B2B SaaS products, with 2+ years of full-cycle sales and 2-3 years of BDR or inside sales experience.
- Strong meeting presence, presentation skills, and ability to influence senior-level executives; must be coachable, competitive, and a strategic thinker.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, willingness to make calls, and ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter for client meetings.
Compensation and Details:
- This remote position offers a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per year with uncapped commission based on meeting quotas.
- The role is open to applicants in the continental US, targeting VP and Director level contacts in new and existing customer accounts.
