OVERVIEW:
- Join our team as a Solutions Architect on a full-time, fully remote basis from anywhere in the world.
- Work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring clients in Canada and the US utilize our products and services.
- Own the onboarding experience from kickoff through handoff, ensuring customers are confident, informed, and aligned with platform standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead onboarding sessions, demonstrating how to set up, configure, and manage AI agents.
- Educate customers on best practices and recommended configurations for building effective AI agents.
- Ensure onboarding completion meets client expectations and internal quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement, implementation support, or customer success roles.
- Strong ability to explain complex concepts in clear, non-technical language.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes.
