This position is for a Healthcare Staffing Sales Director responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to engage healthcare organizations, focusing on staffing solutions. You will participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness. Conducting in-person and virtual meetings, you will present tailored staffing solutions to C-level executives and HR leaders; maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach; deliver high-impact sales presentations; and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals.
