About the Role:
- The Senior Client Experience Analyst partners with the VP of Client Experience to elevate how Scorpion measures, understands, and improves the client journey.
- This role connects data, feedback, and operational signals to uncover risks and influence decisions.
- Responsibilities include organizational insight, strategic measurement, executive reporting, and journey optimization.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 5-8+ years experience in analytics or strategy.
- Advanced analytical abilities with BI tools and CRM data; strong executive communication skills.
- A strategic, systems-oriented mindset with bias toward action and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $110,000 (entry-level) to $120,000 (highly experienced), plus possible bonuses.
