Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot complex product and technical issues to determine severity and scope.
  • Manage escalated issues from Customer Support, Account Management, and Implementation teams.
  • Maintain customer ownership and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in an analytical role supporting clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field beneficial.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or reading 837/CSV remittance files beneficial but not required.
