About the Role:
- The Partnership Success Manager guides customers in using the platform for wildfire resilience planning.
- This role collaborates with the Impact team and internal teams to represent the product effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder meetings and understand customer needs.
- Communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Provide GIS and technical support, troubleshooting spatial data issues.
Experience and Background:
- BA/BS in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, GIS, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in community wildfire planning, fire protection, fire behavior modeling, or GIS.
