Server & Infrastructure Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain on‑premises server environment (Windows/Linux).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
Security & Compliance:
- Apply security patches, updates, and configuration hardening.
- Manage endpoint protection, MFA, identity management, and access controls.
- Conduct regular security audits and participate in risk assessments.
User & Technical Support:
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for server, network, and system issues.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and account management.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
