Job Description

Ensure customer success for CoinGecko's API product by guiding new customers through the onboarding process and developing training programs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct regular check-ins, and ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Score. Develop strategies to reduce customer churn and lead efforts for contract renewals. Collaborate with Account Executives to identify revenue expansion opportunities and provide prompt and efficient customer support via various channels.

Educate customers on the features and benefits of CoinGecko’s products/services, develop educational resources, and advocate for customer needs within the company. Gather and document customer feedback, contribute to process improvement, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing activities.
