Job Description

This role is a key leadership position supporting the Patient Support team. Responsibilities include; overseeing daily operations related to patient medication refill administration, ensuring all patient care needs are completed on-time, and actively managing the productivity of team members.

Additional responsibilities include; managing clinic level and/or hospital service level escalations, proactively identifying potential issues or opportunities for improvement, and working with key stakeholders to ensure that proper staffing plans are in place.

The ideal candidate will also work with the training organization and leadership team to identify training program needs and actively participate with talent acquisition team to identify best in class methods to recruit, and retain top talent.
