The Opportunity:

• We are hiring a Fraud Prevention Analyst to join our CX Prevention team in São Paulo.
• You will act as the shield of the Wellhub ecosystem, investigating irregularities, combating plan misuse, and ensuring security for thousands of employees, clients, and partners worldwide.
• This role is for someone driven by investigation, with sharp analytical skills and empathetic communication in sensitive cases.

Your Impact:

• Provide support to users, partners, and clients via offline channels (email and forms).
• Conduct 360° analyses with autonomy and empathy in appeal and fraud suspicion cases, deciding on account blocking or unblocking.
• Investigate false eligibilities, illegal plan resale, impersonation, account takeover, and check-in validations, and generate operational insights for continuous improvement.
