Job Description
Assist Newfront employee benefits clients on a day to day basis, servicing them with the optimal combination of employee benefit programs, communication, and service administration to help them achieve their business goals. Exceptional communication skills help connect with clients by email and phone - quickly establishing trust and rapport. The team is fast-paced, technology-driven, and service-oriented, partnering with large, Bay Area technology clients and valuing new and fresh ideas.
Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with clients and carrier partners, serving as the primary contact for clients, managing client project plans, and managing escalated and complex client issues with minimal guidance. Also responsible for staying abreast of latest compliance and benefit trends and conducting final review to ensure accuracy of compliance deliverables. May train the next level down.
Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of insurance industry experience with employee benefits experience required. Must have exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to be resourceful and solve problems. Must have CA Department of Insurance Life License or completed within 1 month of start date.
