- Build and execute Decibel’s GTM strategy across APAC.
- Own performance metrics for user acquisition, active trading users, and regional volume growth.
- Prioritize distribution channels that drive measurable trading volume.
KOL & Influencer Strategy:
- Serve as the primary liaison with a regional KOL agency.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage KOLs across multiple markets.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Whale & VIP Relationship Management:
- Identify, target, and onboard high-volume traders and prop groups.
- Manage the VIP program, including tier structures, rebates, incentives, and personalized support.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships that convert into sustained weekly volume.
