As a Business Development Manager, you are both a practitioner and a leader, thriving in curiosity and diving deep to understand client needs. You will create materials that bring Instrument’s story to life, shaping conversations, building trust, and turning opportunities into partnerships within the Product Studio.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the top of Flex’s acquisition funnel for our newest product — identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospective customers and partners. This role is for someone who thrives on precision, personalization, and persistence. You’ll be the first brand touchpoint for our most important audience: ambitious, high-performing business owners and operators.

You will develop and execute growth strategies that align with defined key business metrics, in order to produce revenue growth, cost savings and profitability. You will focus on increasing the territory client base and expanding the regional book of business in order to achieve annual targets. You must possess self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team and have strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence.

Architect Tiger Data’s go-to-market strategy for the Industrial and IoT space from scratch. Engage with SIs, ISVs, OEMs, and ecosystem players shaping the edge and industrial data space. Build deep, trust-based relationships with key partners, create scalable playbooks, and shape the roadmap, messaging, and partner fit. Identify new channels to grow the pipeline and market presence via the partner ecosystem.

Drive business development with US insurance carriers, brokers, and InsurTechs by identifying prospects, building pipelines, and leveraging insights on trends, pain points, and technology adoption. Develop expertise in insurance regulatory and compliance requirements to guide strategy, solution positioning, and client engagement. Lead client presentations, demos, and proposals, managing complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.

Acquire new business across the education vertical in the United States, manage business development and pipeline for education, lead client meetings to present Convera value proposition, close new business, collaborate internally with sales and product leadership to deploy innovative global payment solutions, partner with clients to implement marketing best practices and generate transaction volume, and meet defined business targets and KPIs.
