Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Representative to focus on researching and strategizing target account lists. This role is crucial for expanding our presence in enterprise companies, specifically within the fintech, financial services, marketplaces, ecommerce, and high-risk verticals.
This is not a traditional BDR role, but a highly strategic position with a focus on quality. The Enterprise Business Development Representative will develop and implement strategies for targeting enterprise account lists, confidently overcome objections, support a sales team, use CRM and sales automation tools, identify key accounts, and partner with Sales Operations.
The role requires 2+ years experience in an enterprise BDR role, in-depth knowledge of financial institutions, proficiency in outbound sales processes and tools, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
