Job Description
As the eyes and ears for our team, this role involves fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, ensuring no two days are the same. This is a Work at Home position.
Responsibilities include handling and responding to customer inquiries with care, providing excellent customer service through active listening, working with confidential customer information sensitively, resolving issues on the first call proactively, and communicating appropriately with customers.
To be successful, you should have the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, preferably with 6 months of customer service experience. You must be over 18 years of age, type 25 wpm, and possess a High School Graduate or GED. Comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral & written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, ability to navigate Windows, and strong organization and work prioritization are also required.
