What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide break/fix support across GTT's global network.
- Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution.
- Configure network devices and support service migrations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in a Telco or Service Provider environment.
- Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.
