Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary cost leader, building client relationships and providing strategic commercial guidance and executive updates.
  • Lead the development of cost plans, forecasts, and reports, ensuring integration with schedule and scope for project control.
  • Oversee procurement strategy, contractor negotiations, change orders, and final accounts to ensure commercial compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering, with a Master's preferred and 8-10+ years in cost management for large capital projects.
  • Must have specific data center construction experience, understanding of MEP systems, and advanced expertise in estimating, budgeting, and Earned Value Management.
  • RICS accreditation is highly desirable, along with proficiency in industry cost software and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement and Culture:

  • This is a hybrid role performed primarily remotely, with an expected onsite presence of 2-3 days per month depending on project needs.
