Key Responsibilities:
- Lead first line control testing and analyze results for process optimization, interacting with all levels of management.
- Direct training and outreach programs for Compliance and ERM, including content design and effectiveness evaluation.
- Manage enterprise responses to vendor assessments, audits, and BCP/DR coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 7-8 years of related work experience in project management and/or risk management.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
