Accountabilities:

  • Perform routine executive-level tasks including scheduling, drafting memos, and creating briefing materials.
  • Independently manage and coordinate meetings and travel for executives.
  • Maintain, manage, and de-conflict executive calendars while ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience (Master’s degree and 5 years in lieu).
  • Experience supporting federal Senior Executive Service members is required.
  • Detail-oriented with proven experience in meeting coordination and calendar management.
