Operational Excellence: Improve performance and streamline processes to strengthen the customer experience. Deploy AI driven operational solutions. Develop and implement scalable company processes and best practices to support rapid growth.
Team Management: Lead and coach Manager- and Director-level direct reports. Oversee a global Operations workforce of 50+ employees. Foster a high-performing, empowered, and engaged leadership team.
