Senior Inside Systems Engineer

We’re seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales process, helping Commercial and Enterprise clients understand, evaluate, and adopt our data protection solutions. You’ll deliver engaging presentations, consult on architecture, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success.

You will deliver engaging customer presentations and demonstrations in both live and virtual settings. As well, you will collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical requirements. You will also conduct remote configuration reviews with customers and independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on data protection. Maintain close coordination with internal teams, including Support and Licensing. You will be managing accounts at a technical level to support upsell and cross-selling. Play a key role in delivering technical sales support for Commercial/Enterprise clients.
