Growth and Operations Manager

Position Summary:

• The Growth Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and leading Growth initiatives and strategic projects that require cross-functional coordination, project management, process development, and operational execution.
• This role is a central point of coordination and accountability for Growth execution, ensuring projects are on track and risks are managed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support a portfolio of Growth projects including relocations, refreshes, closures, and facilities initiatives.
• Develop standardized tools, SOPs, and processes to improve consistency and scalability.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of Facilities operations, ensuring requests are prioritized and resolved efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• Corporate office located in Somerset, NJ, but open to remote.
• Target salary: 75k plus bonus.
