Licensing and Credentialing Specialist

Role Overview:

• This role ensures Oshi Health providers are enrolled, credentialed, and ready to deliver care.
• It involves managing payer enrollments and supporting provider licensing operations.
• The specialist works with multiple teams to minimize delays and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end payer enrollment process for new and existing providers.
• Maintain accurate provider data across payer portals and internal systems.
• Support delegated credentialing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare administration or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in provider payer enrollment and credentialing.
• Experience with multi-state organizations and knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and payer requirements.
