Spotify is seeking a Compensation Partner to be part of the global Compensation team. This is a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced international organization with excellent development opportunities. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music. You will own the quarterly sales incentive program and process, while collaborating with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance to run a successful program. Provide professional guidance on our compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives. You will also work closely with the HRBP's and leads of the business you support, providing them with relevant analytics and insights. In addition to sales programs, lead and support broad-based compensation processes including the annual compensation review, promotion window, pay equity analysis, and many more! You will work closely with our Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers.
