Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture Esplanade leads from initial sign-up, executing monthly touchpoints to build trust and higher conversion.
  • Serve as primary contact until handoff to Community Sales Manager, using personalized messaging and the Heart of the Home Discovery Process.
  • Track all interactions in Salesforce, maintain lead statuses, and submit weekly reports on engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Online Sales Manager or Community Sales Manager with proven customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-touch nurturing plans, with deep understanding of the Esplanade brand.
