- Analyze funnel metrics, conversion data, and partner performance trends to identify opportunities and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Drive adoption of platform tools and services by guiding partners through onboarding, enablement, and behavioral change with structured success plans.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in account management, B2B client success, sales enablement, or consulting roles, ideally within real estate, proptech, or performance-driven environments.
- Strong ability to interpret data, including funnel performance, conversion metrics, and business KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving behavior change through consultative, insight-led engagement.
