Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch the wholesale channel to engage brokers for the HEI product.
  • Lead all communications with prospective brokers, including pitch calls and turning leads into partners.
  • Collaborate with legal for background checks and onboard brokers through training.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in mortgage or real estate sales (dealer/broker channel preferred).
  • Previous Salesforce experience and proven cross-functional project management.
  • Active NMLS license or ability to be licensed within 90 days.
