Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using Trucordia’s sales and marketing tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in a chosen area of focus to increase long-term success.
  • Manage a book of business and collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewals and place new accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a state-issued Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an insurance sales role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
