Role Overview:

  • This senior individual contributor role is responsible for defining learning and enablement strategy at the program level.
  • It involves reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning & Enablement and serving as a primary enablement partner to the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and design program-level learning strategies with clear objectives.
  • Develop and facilitate enablement content, including playbooks, workshops, and certifications, while tracking program-specific success metrics.
  • Act as a coordination point for cross-functional enablement efforts to reduce duplication and improve sequencing.

Program Execution:

  • Ensure enablement content is seller-ready and partner with other departments to translate initiatives into actionable sales enablement.
  • Evaluate enablement requests to align with sales priorities and determine appropriate timing and modality to protect seller focus.
  • Provide consultative advice to cross-functional partners on learning approaches and rollout methods.
