Manage a diverse portfolio of 150-250 institutional accounts, driving measurable revenue growth and exceeding targets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive account plans and revisit strategies for continuous success. Leverage customer usage data to evaluate account health, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities for growth. Lead the negotiation of renewal agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while meeting internal revenue goals and compliance requirements. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the unique needs of each institution, maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, and work with customer success, sales operations, and editorial teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Represent Wiley at conferences and industry events.
