About the Role:
- Strong project management is key to client success; you own relationships and lead cross-functional teams for complex event technology implementations.
- You will not do platform configuration, but focus on leadership: timelines, risks, stakeholder alignment, and driving outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
- Clients are sophisticated and high-touch, requiring daily communication and management of scope changes.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- 4+ years of project management experience with multi-stakeholder, long-cycle implementations.
- Proven client-facing role, comfortable with difficult conversations about scope and timelines.
- PMP certification and events industry experience strongly preferred.
