Senior Business Analyst

Seeking a Database Architect to support the Consolidated Corporate Support Services (CCSS) 2.0 contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Database Architect will be responsible for designing and modeling data structures to support enterprise financial and administrative systems. Aligned with Section 5.2 of the PWS, this role focuses on ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient database architectures that align with VA operational and modernization goals. Responsibilities include eliciting, defining, and documenting detailed business and functional requirements. Facilitating requirement gathering sessions with VA stakeholders and system users, creating and maintaining use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translating business needs into system requirements for technical teams is essential, as well as supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions.
