Manager of Resident Retention

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with residents to negotiate and secure lease renewals.
• Draft, review, and execute all lease renewals with required updates.
• Partner with marketing to develop and launch social media content.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Partner with marketing, property management, and other functional areas to drive positive resident reviews.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to launch retention programs and host events.
• Understand competitive advantages and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction.

Communication and Compliance:

• Assist residents via phone, email, and in person with questions and service requests.
• Draft and send resident communications ensuring adherence to branding standards.
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
