Core Responsibilities:
- Own the annual rent increase process from planning through implementation across the portfolio.
- Program and validate approved increases to ensure compliance with legal timelines.
Renewal Administration & Compliance:
- Manage the full renewal notice process ensuring state-specific requirements for timing and documentation.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure renewal accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Resident Retention & Reporting:
- Partner with Community Managers and RVPs to evaluate renewal decisions and improve retention.
- Maintain reporting on renewals, occupancy, and retention performance for leadership.
