As the first point of contact for support requests, you will provide front-line troubleshooting, escalate complex issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for internal and external users, providing remote and on-site support, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, creating tickets, following up with users, escalating complex problems to Tier II, assisting with password resets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of systems, supporting the onboarding process, and delivering excellent customer service.
