Senior Risk Program Manager - Fraud & Disputes Enablement

About the Team:

• Mercury is building a complete financial stack for startups, and Risk protects customers and the financial ecosystem.
• You'll join the Fraud & Disputes Enablement team, a shared-services group supporting Quality Control, Learning & Development, and Program Management.

Role Summary:

• This is a generalist program management role for someone who builds programs from zero to one.
• You'll lead Bank Charter Readiness work, run operating reviews, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Bank Charter Readiness by translating regulatory expectations into clear, sequenced work plans.
• Own goal tracking and reporting for Fraud & Disputes, including OKRs and dashboards.
• Use data and AI to improve quality, productivity, and compliance across risk operations.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of program management experience in risk, compliance, fraud, disputes, or operations.
• Working knowledge of regulated banking and experience with regulators, examiners, or auditors.
• Strong data skills and experience using AI and automation to improve work.
