Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee daily AP operations, including invoices, reimbursements, and payment processing to ensure timely adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage AP staff, monitor workload distribution, and ensure proper segregation of duties across vendor setup and approvals.
  • Partner with Procurement and Treasury to support efficient workflows and coordinate payment batch reviews.

Performance and Compliance:

  • Monitor AP metrics such as processing timelines, backlog, and error rates to provide insights and reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures, support audit requests, and maintain documentation readiness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience with 4-7 years in Accounts Payable or accounting.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong understanding of AP operations, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
