Job Description

The Client Success Manager is responsible for increasing adoption and growth of Experian's products and services, specifically within Credit Services and Decision Analytics. Daily activities include supporting clients' strategic plans, acting as a business liaison between the client and internal departments, and educating clients on Experian's products and services. The role involves managing complex client contracts, defining strategic account plans, and collaborating with internal and external partners to structure operational and strategic plans. The Client Success Manager will need to forge relationships with decision makers and provide customer insights through business reviews and briefings.
