Job Description
The role requires a leader to grow a high-performing team across Onboarding, Support, Customer Success, and Ongoing Services. The VP will build and execute a customer experience strategy that increases retention, drives upsells, and creates raving fans. You will own key customer metrics and report performance to the executive team. Revenue responsibilities include renewal and upsell revenue targets while partnering with Sales and Product to uncover opportunities. You will define and optimize handoff workflows between Sales → Onboarding → Support/CS.
