Operations Associate

Be a crucial member in a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel company. The Operations Team handles the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for delivering the end product to our customers. You will report to one of the Operations Managers from the Preorder or Order Teams and be working on a set of unique orders every day that will pose logistical challenges that you’ll have to work through and be directly responsible for them. This role has an impact on coordinating logistics, reducing costs, increasing profit margins and delivering orders quickly. For the right person, this role offers unlimited opportunities. You will be given the space and guidance to have a tremendous impact. Responsibilities include resolving tickets, sample order processing, printer capacity management, sharing pricing quotes, communicating feedback, solving order issues, conducting order checks and uploading proofs.
