Job Description
The Director of Client Services is accountable for delivering a consistent, high quality client experience. This role involves proactive management, driving accountability and operational execution at all client touch points. The ideal candidate supports all client related activities and team needs to deliver client delight.
Partner with Project Management and Production Planning to review capacity, team deliverables, and performance. Provide direction on work request documentation and assign work to appropriate resources. Review client health scorecard weekly, addressing risk areas with team members. Act as client escalation point, ensuring all items are documented and addressed. Conduct strategy meetings and lead daily stand-up meetings. Manage team members, aligning resources as needed. Ensure team is executing against Annual Enrollment related activities and engage internal teams as needed. Participate in sales meetings and presentations. Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product releases, updates and system functionality.
