Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect, Platform to consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow Solutions based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. This role involves supporting sales activities, engaging with customers and partners, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow.
The Solution Architect brings architectural guidance, business acumen, deep product expertise, and innovation to customers and partners. Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, leading engagement project teams, interacting with senior leadership, designing solutions, promoting awareness of Workflow Solutions capabilities, and enabling the delivery team. The position requires at least 8 years of consultation and/or configuration experience implementing highly-capable technologies, including integrations. Experience with PaaS, Low Code platforms, AI Models, and ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence is highly valued. Travel up to 50% annually is expected.
