The Integrations & Technical Support Specialist will work with restaurant brands and third party vendors to onboard new API integrations. They will diagnose and resolve issues originating from the API processes, and provide technical training to internal and external teams as needed. The specialist will document and troubleshoot API integration processes, while working alongside Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Trainers and Technical Leads.
They will identify and execute on opportunities for personal learning and engagement, and test API integrations during onboarding and software development cycles. The position requires exceptional communication skills, understanding of API integrations, and the ability to interpret JSON/XML/GraphQL.
