Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements of program operations and recommend and plan actions to meet business needs and goals in conjunction with program and Information Services teams.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, including tracking timelines, risks, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations in a structured way.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or related field and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical requirements and handing them off to technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Excel modeling.
  • Experience improving business processes and systems, and establishing structured business analysis practices.
