Contact Center National Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to generate interest and drive sales.
• Handle inbound consumer leads while maintaining a strong outbound calling cadence.
• Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, needs discovery, and order processing.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in outbound sales or call-center-based selling preferred.
• Strong command of English language and clear communication skills.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote/work from home position.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and perform repetitious hand/eye movement.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
