What you'll do:
- Optimize end-to-end syncing to improve throughput and reduce sync times.
- Design systems for streaming data and real-time syncs from webhooks and queues.
- Identify scaling and reliability bottlenecks, then architect solutions for continued growth.
What we're looking for:
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience focused on backend and distributed systems.
- Strong systems design fundamentals and understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Kafka, SQL databases, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Compensation & benefits:
- Base salary $180,000 to $320,000 annually.
- Equity is included and visa sponsorship is available.
