About the Role:
- Core engineering team building distributed systems for a marketing data platform.
- Own projects end to end and ensure reliable, efficient data movement across regions and clouds.
What You'll Do:
- Build and optimize systems that move large volumes of customer data efficiently.
- Develop streaming capabilities for real-time data syncing from webhooks and message queues.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and improve scalability, reliability, and latency.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 years of backend engineering experience in distributed systems at staff level.
- Strong systems design fundamentals and hands-on expertise with Kafka, SQL, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience scaling systems in high-velocity startup environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $180,000 to $320,000.
- Remote work within the United States and visa sponsorship available.
